Terms of use
A short set of rules for buyers and publishers. If a clause surprises you, contact us through the account page before you pay.
What we do not promise
We do not promise rankings, traffic, indexing dates or protection from any Google action. Links are one input among many.
We also cannot promise a link stays forever. Placements are meant to be permanent, but a publisher may remove a page, and sites sometimes close.
You are responsible for the pages you link to and for following the laws that apply to your content.
Payments and disputes
Contact us first.
If you think a placement does not match your order, send the order reference, the live URL and what you expected through the account page, and we will look at it against the content mode you picked.
Balance is prepaid and is used to pay baskets, so top up only what you plan to spend.
Content you submit
Your article is your responsibility.
If you upload a finished article, you confirm that you wrote it or have the right to use it, that it does not copy another site and that the link points to a page you control.
We may decline text that breaks the acceptable use rules below, and we will tell you why. A declined article does not use up your balance.
Accounts and balance
You need an account to order. Sign in with Google, keep your access private, and tell us through the account page if you suspect misuse.
Balance is topped up in the dashboard. It is used to pay baskets. Nothing is charged while you are only browsing or filling a basket.
Invoices and proforma invoices are available from the dashboard.
Orders and delivery
When you pay a basket, each placement is created from the content mode you picked: automatic, your instructions, or your own finished article.
Placements usually go live in about 24 hours. Status appears in your ordered links page.
If a placement fails or is removed early, contact us through the account page with the order reference and we will look at it.
Acceptable use
You may not order links to illegal, hateful or deceptive pages, or to sites that promote malware.
We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules, and the balance used for it stays in your account.
Publishers must describe their sites honestly and approve every placement they accept.
Publishers and liability
Publishers set their own prices and are paid weekly for approved placements. We may hold a payout during a dispute.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
